By using the website, the user (hereinafter referred to as “the customer”) agrees to these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms,.you may not use the website

3. Terms of Use

.The customer may use the website only for lawful purposes

.The customer agrees not to use the website to distribute any content that is harmful, unlawful, or misleading

.The customer agrees not to infringe on the intellectual property rights of the company or third parties

.The customer declares that he/she is 18 years of age or older and is capable of making purchases on the website

The customer agrees not to infringe on the copyright of the artist’s works. It is forbidden to copy, paint, photograph, or print works or parts thereof without the written permission of the artist, Menucha Yankelevitch

.Any purchase or browsing on the website provides Google Analytics and other search engines with information that helps us

We may use your personal information collected on the site to provide you with interesting content and offers (you can opt out by clicking a button).

5. Sales

.The products offered for sale on the website are usually presented with a description and price .The company reserves the right to change product prices at any time 

The company does not guarantee the availability of all products displayed on the website, and there may be cases where a product is unavailable after an order has been placed

We reserve the right to refuse certain orders, and we may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased for an individual,  household, or order

.After placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email

.The company may cancel an order at any time, for any reason

6. Shipping

.Products will be shipped to the address provided by the customer at the time of ordering

.Shipping times vary depending on the type of product

• Original painting: several months
• .Print: 1-3 weeks
• .Mixed media print: 3-4 weeks
• .Other products: 1-4 weeks

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. The company will update the customer of any significant changes in shipping times

.The company is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by the postal service or couriers

7. :Terms of Delivery and Shipping Costs 

• .The prices of the items on the website do not include shipping costs
• Self-pickup of the ordered item can be arranged in advance by email, after the agreement of both parties. You will receive a pickup address and opening hours. Pickup can only be done after receiving an email confirmation from the customer stating that the order is ready for pickup
• .Shipping a package within Israel to major cities: 80 NIS
• .For inquiries regarding more remote or non-central locations, please contact us via email at [email protected]
• Delivery times include business days only (Sunday-Thursday) and do not include Fridays, Saturdays, holidays, and general holidays in Israel
• :International shipping 

• .Shipments will usually be carried out by DHL/FedEx
• :International shipping costs do not include
  .customs clearance fees at the destination, which will be borne by the recipient
  Insurance cost: $20 or 2% of the higher value
  .Export customs clearance fee for shipments abroad valued over $250: 110 NIS

8. Cancellation of Order

The customer may cancel an order and receive a refund under the conditions specified in this section, as long as the product has not been shipped or a customized service has not been performed.

For products: Since we usually do not have stock, and we fulfill orders according to the customer’s request, if the process has begun, it cannot be canceled! However, if not, see below

For prints and mixed media prints: Since we do not have a stock of prints, each order is personalized according to the customer’s request, and there will be no right to cancel except in cases where it is agreed otherwise in advance

.Cancellation of the order must be done in writing to the company, and with its approval

.Items eligible for return must be in the same condition as when you received them and unused, and in their original packaging

.The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs

.The company may deduct from the refund the shipping costs and/or any damage to the product, or to the company

9. Warranty

We do not guarantee that our website is error-free, and if there is any ambiguity in the terms, we will be happy to hear from you
.The company is not liable for any indirect or direct damage caused by the use of the products or services offered on the website

10. Intellectual Property

.All intellectual property rights on the website, including texts, images, and designs, belong to the company

.Copying, duplicating, or using the content of the website without the written permission of the company is prohibited

11. Returns and Exchanges

.Items purchased online cannot be exchanged for in-store purchases, and vice versa

Use of this website is restricted to individuals aged 18 years or older. By using this website, you represent that you are at least 18 years .old and that all information provided is accurate and truthful. The company shall not be liable for any misuse of this website by minors.

13. Miscellaneous

.The company may change these terms of use at any time. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow any changes

.The laws of the State of Israel shall govern these Terms of Use

In the event of a dispute between the parties, the user of the website or products must agree to the rulings of a rabbinical court accepted  by the company
