Accessibility

We place great importance on providing equal service to all customers and website visitors, and on improving the service provided to customers and visitors with disabilities. Therefore, we invest significant resources in making our website accessible in order to make it more available to people with disabilities.

Website Accessibility

The purpose of making the website accessible is to make it more available, user-friendly, and convenient for people with special needs. These needs may arise from various motor disabilities, cognitive impairments, nearsightedness, blindness or color blindness, hearing impairments, as well as from the needs of senior citizens.

We make efforts to ensure that our website meets the requirements of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments for Service) 2013, at the required standard level. In addition, we implement the recommendations of the WCAG 2.0 guidelines by the W3C organization.

Adjustments and Improvements Made

  • The website is compatible with common browsers

  • The website is adapted for use on mobile phones

  • The website is optimized for display on a variety of screens and resolutions

  • Most of the website content is written in a clear, structured, and hierarchical manner

  • The website content is written in simple and clear language

  • Most pages on the website have a consistent structure

  • Most images on the website include alternative text descriptions (alt)

  • The website allows users to change the font size by using Ctrl + on the keyboard

  • The website does not contain flashing text

It is important to note that despite our efforts to make all pages on the website accessible, and despite our ongoing work to improve accessibility, some parts of the website may not yet be fully accessible or may not have been made accessible yet.
